Processing times
• Orders ship in 1–2 business days.
• Preorders ship by the date shown on the product page.
• During launches/holidays, please allow an extra 1–2 days.
Shipping rates & speed
• Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–5 business days once shipped.
• You’ll receive a tracking email when your order is on the way.
Address changes & delivery issues
• Entered a wrong address? Email melisa@pickedbyrhea.com ASAP—if it hasn’t shipped, we’ll fix it.
• Marked “delivered” but not received: check with neighbors and your local carrier first; then contact us.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your items! You may return or exchange unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.
• Final sale (not returnable): clearance/last-chance, holiday items, accessories, underwear, and gift cards. (Adjust this list as needed.)

Return shipping
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged.
Exchanges
• Want a different size? Let us know—if available, we’ll reserve it and ship once your return scans with the carrier.
Damaged/incorrect items
• Oh no! Email melisa@pickedbyrhea.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number—we’ll make it right.
Refund timing
• Once your return is inspected, refunds typically post in 3–5 business days (bank processing times may vary).
