At Picked By Rhea, every order is hand-packed with care and a little extra love. We know how exciting it is to receive something special for your little one, and we do our best to make sure it arrives quickly and safely. All orders ship from the United States.
🚚 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
During busy launches or holiday seasons, processing may take an extra day or two — thank you for your patience while we wrap everything just right! All shipping timelines listed apply to both in-stock and dropshipped items unless otherwise stated on the product page.

💌 Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
When it ships, we’ll send a tracking number so you can follow your package from our door to yours.

✨ Preorders & Launch Items
For special preorder or launch items, the estimated ship date will be noted in the product description.
If your order includes a preorder item, the entire order will ship together once all pieces are available unless otherwise arranged.
💖 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package seems delayed or goes missing, please contact us and we’ll help you start a claim and do our best to make it right.
